I recently had bi folding doors fitted to my family kitchen and ordered new vertical blinds for them and two other large windows. Just wanted to say how pleased I am with them. We then decided to update our sitting-room. I was given excellent advice and choice. I love the personal service, without leaving our house we chose curtains, carpet, and wallpaper and then ordered a sofa and chair in co-ordinating fabric. The ordering time and the fitting was very quick and professionally completed. I get lots of compliments on how lovely they all look. I just wanted to thank you for your exceptional service. When I made contact with you on November 25th, I really did not expect to have three sets of curtains installed three weeks later in time for Christmas!! From the outset, I found the service friendly and efficient…an easy phone call, Michael arriving on my doorstep at exactly the agreed time with a seemingly endless array of samples, a quote by e-mail the following day with a more than generous discount -thanks!

Choosing the fabrics was a real pleasure. Because it was in my home, it was easy to match colours and textures with  Michael’s advice. To be honest, I had felt daunted at the prospect of choosing from the variety of fabrics (he made several trips to his car to bring in more sampler books!) but Michael quickly eliminated the colours/ designs I didn’t especially like and honed in on my preferences. We then chose the poles and pole ends…Michael  encouraged me to remember the furniture/ flooring in the rooms before I made my choices and made several phone calls to ensure what I wanted was in stock.

I am also really pleased that you were able to fix some roller blinds that we have had for years…..I had expected to be told that they would have to be thrown out and am delighted that this was not the case.

The curtains arrived on the appointed date and were installed with a minimum of fuss….no mess for me to clean up afterwards. They look terrific and we have already noticed a difference in the heat in the house. So thank you! I couldn’t recommend you more highly!  –  Mary Irving
